Terms of Service
1. Agreement to Terms
By using the services of Covenant Protection (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including the purchase of any products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before proceeding with any transaction.
2. Services Provided
Covenant Protection provides home and business security solutions, including but not limited to security system installation, monitoring, video surveillance, and alarm systems. All services are subject to the availability of products and personnel.
3. Customer Responsibilities
- You are responsible for providing accurate information required for the installation and monitoring of security systems.
- It is your responsibility to ensure all equipment installed on your property is used and maintained as per the instructions provided.
- You are responsible for ensuring any third-party contractors (e.g., electricians, construction personnel) are available to assist with installations that may require additional support.
4. Payment Terms
- All fees for services or products must be paid in full prior to installation or service commencement unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Recurring monitoring services are billed monthly or annually, depending on the selected package.
- Late payments may result in service suspension until the account is up to date.
5. Installation
- Covenant Protection will provide professional installation services at a mutually agreed time. You are required to ensure the property is accessible during the installation window.
- Any delays caused by customer unavailability or site readiness issues may result in additional charges
6. Monitoring and Service Limitations
- Our 24/7 monitoring services are subject to the availability of internet, cellular, or power connections. Covenant Protection is not liable for service disruptions caused by external factors beyond our control.
- Monitoring response times may vary depending on local law enforcement, fire department, or emergency response availability.
7. Equipment Warranty
- All security equipment comes with a [1-year/2-year] manufacturer’s warranty from the date of installation. Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Covenant Protection is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, accidents, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications.
8. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel monitoring services at any time with [30] days’ written notice. Any pre-paid amounts for services extending beyond the cancellation date will be refunded on a prorated basis.
- For cancellations of installations, please provide [48] hours’ notice. Cancellations within [48] hours of the scheduled installation date may be subject to a cancellation fee.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Covenant Protection is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to property arising from the failure or malfunction of security equipment, or from any delay or failure of response by local authorities.
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or via email notification.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Refund Policy
1. Installation and Products
- If you are not satisfied with the installation or equipment, you may request a refund within [30] days of the installation date. Refunds will be provided for the cost of the equipment and unused services, minus any applicable installation fees.
- Installed products must be returned in their original condition to be eligible for a refund. You are responsible for the cost of uninstalling and returning the products, unless otherwise agreed.
2. Monitoring Services
- Monitoring service fees are non-refundable once the service has commenced. In the event of cancellation, any pre-paid fees for services extending beyond the cancellation date will be refunded on a prorated basis.
- If a service issue arises that cannot be resolved, you may request a refund for the period during which the monitoring service was disrupted.
3. Defective Equipment
- Equipment found to be defective under normal use will be replaced or refunded within the warranty period, which is [1 year/2 years] from the installation date.
- For warranty claims, contact Covenant Protection for assistance with repairs, replacements, or returns.
4. Service Disruptions
- If services are disrupted due to issues within Covenant Protection’s control (e.g., equipment malfunction, monitoring service failure), you may be eligible for a partial refund for the affected period. No refunds will be given for interruptions caused by external factors such as power outages or internet failures.
5. Refund Process
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or mail. Upon receipt of your request, we will review and process refunds within [14] business days.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise requested.
6. Non-Refundable Items
- Custom-designed systems or special-order equipment are non-refundable once installed or delivered, unless found to be defective.
